Together. **Summary** This position will provide primary US support to one of the firm’s key programs – What In-house lawyers Need (WIN), which is part of the Career Opportunities & Alumni Department falling within Talent Integration and Human Resources. It delivers practical business content tailored to in-house professionals via webinars, continuing legal education resources, in-person events, thought leadership, podcasts, and articles. There are clear overlaps between the programs and resources offered by the Career Opportunities & Alumni Program, and the successful candidate will have a role to help identify and capitalize on the growing opportunities presented by these and other programs offered by the firm. The global scope and varied nature of this role means candidates will have exposure to several areas of career and professional development, marketing, and business development activities across the firm, helping our contacts further develop their careers as a result of the rounded knowledge they will gain. **Location** This position can be remote.  Occasional travel within the US is a requirement of this role. **Responsibilities** + Acting as primary point of contact for the US WIN Program and for US colleagues in relation to their local Alumni programs. + Collaborating with team to develop and deliver content. + Drafting and proof-reading large amounts of written communications for campaigns. + Coordinating all necessary pre- and post- seminar or webinar logistics, including the creation and distribution of email communications, analysis of attendee data, follow-ups with specific departments and geographies, and key client teams, along with reporting related metrics. + Taking and circulating meeting minutes in regular calls with internal and external stakeholders. + Managing the program's internal Intranet page, external website, and relevant resources. + Working with Marketing Central to create and manage events, webinars, and other email communications. + Partnering with internal digital and design teams to create and upload digital media posts. + Responding to inquiries from in-house contacts regarding WIN programming. + Handling client data requests from the US WIN program and proactively sharing client participation with the relevant client teams. + Analyzing weekly WIN registrations for trends and communicating those with department colleagues and other relevant stakeholders. + Work with Client Relationship Partners, Client Relationship Managers, Business Development, Sector, and Pitch teams to respond to panel opportunities with relevant copy for programs. + Conducting ROI analysis for campaigns (including digital content, event attendance, and follow up client conversations). + Arranging meetings and programming for large groups, e.g., WIN attendees, Alumni Advisory Boards, etc. + Providing reports on program success. + Offering occasional in-person event support outside of regular working hours. + The role may involve additional duties as needed. **Desired Skills** Demonstrate strong business/commercial awareness. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have proven project management skills. Have experience delivering high quality professional programming and/or business development campaigns. Provide high quality service whilst operating remotely from the end-user. Confidently operate on their own initiative, owning projects and seeing them through to conclusion with limited supervision. Have excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate a professional approach in terms of commitment and client care. Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact and diplomacy. Able to successfully balance a demanding workload and conflicting priorities. Able to multi-task, work to deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively in a small team where responsibilities are often shared when working towards tight deadlines. Ensure all delegated tasks are seen through to completion at the highest standards. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during times of high demand or in stressful situations. Display a consistently positive attitude and adopt a 'can do' approach. Demonstrate a collaborative working style. Demonstrate ability to understand the firm and its objectives and values, along with a desire to help see strategic goals realized.
