We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want **YOU** to join our team! **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for the management of career services in compliance with government and management directives. **Essential functions:** 1. Assist the director of educational services in the preparation of the departmental budget, monitor and control expenditures. 2. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. 3. Implement and maintain the collaborative system of communication between counseling services and career preparation programs, center staff, and outside community services to facilitate student progress. 4. Track, analyze, and manage contract performance to ensure operation meets performance standards. Hold CTS specialists accountable for not meeting placement goals. 5. Assist in job development and establish linkages throughout the regions with state contractors as well as employers to assist with job placement activities. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree including **15 semester hours in social services-related instruction** and five years experience in counseling or related field required and two years experience working with youth and young adults.
