Responsibilities:\n\nProvides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated\nAssist residents in dining\nProvides homemaking tasks\nResponds to and reports changes in resident's health status and\/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care \nCompletes thorough daily charting\nWorks well with a team to provide a caring environment\nBlock schedules - you'll know what to expect!\nWork is performed in lovely community\nA great place to develop relationships with our residents, families, and team members\nIncrease your pay with our employee growth program, great role to have while you are in school, or thinking about healthcare as a career, we have an employee referral bonus, activities to enjoy with residents, so much more! Qualifications:\n\nHigh-school diploma or equivalent preferred\nOne year nursing\/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred \nAbility to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English \nBasic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems\nPossess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care \nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team\nAbility to be flexible with hours'\/shift schedules and assignments\n\n
