Overnight shifts earn an additional $2/hr premium.

What You Will Do:

As a caregiver with TheKey, you'll be instrumental in implementing personalized care plans that address the holistic needs of our clients. By providing exceptional care, assisting with daily activities, and overseeing overall care, you'll play an essential role in our clients' lives. We strive to treat our clients like family, and we value caregivers who go the extra mile to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Offering companionship to clients.Assisting with transportation for appointments, errands, and activities.Managing medication schedules.Preparing nutritious meals.Conducting light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning rooms and doing laundry.Utilizing interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and active listening. Qualifications

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plusEmpathy, compassion and kindness a MUSTAbility to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situationsMust be reliable, dependable and on timeBasic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.Can pass a background check and provide references
