We are on the lookout for a driven, customer-oriented individual to serve our clients by managing full-cycle recruitment for care staff for a home care agency. Compensation: $44,000-$45,000 What we expect from you: * Build relationships with people in a strong candidate pipeline. * Learn about candidates and assess if they fit the company culture through authentic text and phone conversations, in-person interviews & timely follow-up. * Keep accurate notes of all information in the hiring process, including information that could become part of the employee file. * Performs on-going maintenance and audits of the care professional’s employee files, including timely communication of annual deadlines or need for updated information. * Create a positive, thorough, and welcoming onboarding experience for those care professional’s selected to join the team. * Stay connected and supportive of all hired care professionals with retention check-ins and consistent communication. * Deliver specific, positive feedback to care professionals to reward, recognition and celebrate their milestones and accomplishments. * Comply with applicable Federal and State laws governing regulations on applicant interviewing, on-boarding and state regulations governing Home Care agencies. * Participate in rotating on call. What you can expect from us: * Flexible time off and Wellness Days * Comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401k Retirement Plan You will be successful in the role if you have: * Associate degree in Human Resources or related field (is preferred but not required). * Previous experience in the home care industry, human services, or an analogous field required (or a strong desire to help others). * Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and valid car insurance. * Confident in all communication skills (written and verbal) * Ability to be culture ambassador & ambition to grow with the company.
