Position Requirements:

Turning, repositioning and transferring clients from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bedMedication remindersMonitor client’s conditions and providing updates to healthcare teamAssist with supervision and maintaining client safetyIncontinence careToileting assistanceAmbulation assistanceAssist with DressingPossess the physical abilities, including lifting, to satisfactorily perform all direct and indirect patient care functions
