Job Summary Home Care Assistance is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Wexford, PA:   + Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. OR 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)   Client Diagnosis: Chronic Frailty, Fall Risk, Mobility Impairment, Spina Bifida, paralyzed from waist down, NOTE:  Client has a hospital bed with trapeze bar and a Hoyer lift.
