Are you an organized, compassionate professional with a passion for helping kupuna (seniors) and ohana (families)? Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter/Care Coordinator to match clients with caregivers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support our care team. If you are interested in enhancing the lives of people in our community, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Recruit, interview, and onboard care staff to ensure a great cultural fit. Build strong relationships and match clients with caregivers. Manage scheduling, retention visits, and compliance with regulations. Support Administrator with payroll and billing, and maintain accurate employee records. Provide ongoing support and recognition to caregivers and office team.

What You Bring:

Associate degree in Human Services, HR, or related field (preferred), and/or; Experience in home care, scheduling, or recruitment (a plus). Excellent people, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word) and software systems. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
