Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter/Care Coordinator to match clients with caregivers, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support our care team. What You'll Do: * Recruit, interview, and onboard care staff to ensure a great cultural fit. * Build strong relationships and match clients with caregivers. * Manage scheduling, retention visits, and compliance with regulations. * Support Administrator with payroll and billing, and maintain accurate employee records. * Provide ongoing support and recognition to caregivers and office team.
