Key Responsibilities:Provides real time support during an assigned shift to internal customers in cargo, ramp, sales, customer service and other operating groups relating to cargo and dangerous goodsSupport includes a broad variety of subject matter such as: product information, security, dangerous goods policies/procedures/clearance, automated system applications usage, revenue management and embargoesThis support also consists of UC360 system testing, providing guidance to customers on how to complete transactions and assistance on how to address error messagingResponsibilities include providing support to internal customers regarding dangerous goods handling that may involve remote dangerous goods acceptanceIn addition, a CRIS agent performs other functions within the scope of their duties to provide quality customer serviceThe starting pay is $19.07/Hour according to the current Passenger Service Agreement Contract
