Carlin - Process Operations Stockpile Supervisor

Position Description:

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Operations Stockpile Supervisor at our Carlin operation. The successful candidate will work directly with the Roaster Operations team in supervising, supporting, and developing the process operations crews.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with process operations, mine operations, MRM, and metallurgy to develop blends to achieve targeted production Stockpile management and production data reconciliation for required weekly and monthly reports Manage the stockpile pads and associated contractor work Perform SAP duties including: work requests, work orders, move orders, purchase requisitions, SES, PO management, and others associated with contractor management Work closely with production and maintenance teams along with other outside departments to ensure environmental compliance and safe functionality of the plant operation and maintaining of equipment and achieving production targets. Work on projects through all aspects of experimental design, engineering, forecasting, funding, construction, and commissioning. Provide technical assistance and analysis to process group stakeholders. Work with computers and associated programs like Excel, PowerPoint, Jigsaw, Propellor, Pi operating system Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven safety record and ability to support work group in achievements of safety, environmental, and production goals required Ability to facilitate crew lineouts, safety meeting etc. preferred Ability to follow company policies and procedures and to hold fellow employees/contractors accountable to follow company policies and procedures required Experience with computer operations preferred Ability to perform the essential functions of this position required
