SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Carpenter for the East Coast Construction team primarily located in Aberdeen, MD.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Self-perform construction tasks as the company needs.Ability to work in an individual setting and a team settingWork with the project superintendents to assist in job site cleaning, misc. construction tasks, sweeping, equipment operation, etc.. Carpentry experience Ability to read drawings and understand specificationsAbility to operate construction equipment; back hoe, skidsteer, scissor lift, boom lift, etc..)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Carpentry and General Construction Skills; frame walls, finish drywall, Self motivated person with the ability to get the job done without a lot of oversight.Knowledge on how to perform other trade scope. (Masonry, Paint, Flooring, etc..)Preferred
Ability to use the Microsoft Office applicationsNECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Job is performed on construction sites with exposure to unconditioned spaces, power equipment, and around various other trades. The job is also performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires some use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities at this time.ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
