Seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The carpenter will play a crucial role in restoring commercial and uninhabitable residential properties affected by fire, water, and other disasters. Start time is between 8-8:30 AM depending on the job. MUST have their OWN tools and work truck. Responsible for driving to and from job sites in own vehicle. Must be able to read blueprints and do layouts. **Hard Skills** + Oversee and perform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry + Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers, ensuring efficient and high-quality work + Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget + Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop a plan for restoration + Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies + Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions + Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations **Work Environment** Buildings damaged by fire, smoke, and water with a focus on high-end property **About Aerotek:** We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
