**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** Looking for Finish Carpenters with foreman experience. The main goal is to find someone who has at least 5 years of experience as a COMMERCIAL carpenter. Someone who only has residential carpentry experience will not be considered for this position due to the scope of projects. Candidates that have experience with renovating restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, warehouses, and schools at a higher level will be considered. The ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term opportunity and grow with a company that values innovation and experience. Candidates must be willing to travel outside the state for projects when necessary. A commute to a job over 1.5 hours will be compensated with $35/day per diem. The majority of projects are surrounding the York, PA area, but some may be out of state. **Hard Skills** + Commercial Carpentry Experience + Metal Hollow Door Installations + Metal Hollow Door Frame Installations + Doors/Windows Hardware Installations + Hanging/Finishing Drywall + Installation of Trim **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in York, Pennsylvania. **Work Environment** Working on a commercial general construction site. Collaborating with a project manager and other subcontractors. Types of projects include healthcare, restaurant, retail, and commercial buildings. Utilizing basic hand tools and company-supplied power tools to complete commercial carpentry projects. Travel may be required around a 2 to 3-hour radius of York, PA, with a $35/day per diem for overnight stays.
