**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to join our team. This role involves providing operational support in reconstruction efforts, including light framing, trim work, drywall hanging and finishing, hanging cabinets, and painting. The ideal candidate must be willing to take instruction and feedback, follow directions, and work in a demanding and reactive environment with a flexible schedule. **Responsibilities** + Provide operational support in reconstruction efforts. + Perform light framing, trim work, drywall hanging and finishing. + Hang cabinets and perform painting tasks. + Take instruction and feedback in the moment and follow directions. + Be on call once every 5 weeks to respond to emergency projects. **Essential Skills** + Experience in carpentry, framing, and drywall hanging. + Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. + Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. + Ability to access and work in tight spaces. + Completion of OSHA Construction 10-hour course or ability to obtain one. + Familiarity with chemical products including use, disposal, and Material Safety Data Sheets. + Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. + Strong reading, writing, and communication skills. + Customer service skills and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn the restoration business. + Flexibility with working nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. + Positive attitude and strong work ethic. + Ability to handle and operate hand tools and equipment such as tape measures and dehumidifiers. + Ability to live within 30-45 minutes of Moorestown, NJ office for emergency responses. **Why Work Here?** Join a national company that offers bonuses and overtime opportunities. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but flexibility is required as we are a 24/7 emergency company. You will be on call 24/7 for 2 weeks at a time within a 4-week rotation.
