Responsibilities:
+ Perform carpentry tasks on commercial construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finish work.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
+ Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
+ Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and molding.
+ Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards.
+ Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
