**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled window and door installers to join our team based out of Sunbury, PA. Our company specializes in commercial glass installations for fast food restaurants, hotels, hospitals, car dealerships, and shopping centers, as well as residential projects. Candidates will start at our shop in Shenandoah to familiarize themselves with our products before heading out to project sites, such as the one in Danville. Travel time is paid, and candidates will either meet at the shop or go directly to the job site if it is closer to their home. **Responsibilities** + Install windows and doors in commercial and residential settings. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. + Utilize power tools and hand tools for various construction tasks. + Apply caulking to joints and ensure proper sealing. + Work on lifts up to 40 ft high as needed. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in carpentry or a mechanically inclined profession. + Proficiency in reading tape measures and following installation procedures. + Experience with glazing is a significant advantage. + Ability to follow directions accurately. + Strong interpersonal skills and a humble personality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with framing and construction. + Knowledge of blueprint reading. + Mechanically inclined **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, along with a 401k plan.
