**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately! We are actively hiring for a full time Carpenters/Framers for a project in Marlborough, MA. We are currently supporting a reputable contractor that specializes in new construction, building multi families throughout the Boston area. Position includes framing which will then lead to interior finish carpentry tasks. We are looking for a skilled professionals to join our team. Positions are full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Perform carpentry tasks including framing and finish work. + Handle both interior and exterior finish work. + Work on exterior side walling and other carpentry-related tasks. + Participate in commercial construction mixed-use multi-family developments. + Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and comply with safety policies. **Essential Skills** + At least 3 years of experience in carpentry and finish carpentry. + Experience with wood framing and stick framing, at least 1 year. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. + Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of power and pneumatic tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with exterior finish work. + OSHA 10 certification is a plus. + Strong adherence to safety standards and policies. **Why Work Here?** We are a growing open shop company that values our employees.
