**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** + This position involves working as a rough carpenter focusing on framing and general labor duties for a commercial construction project. + The carpenter will utilize various hand tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to cut materials prior to framing. **Responsibilities** + Perform rough carpentry work with a focus on framing. + Execute general labor duties on a commercial construction site. + Use all types of hand tools including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws. + Cut materials prior to framing. + Assist with pouring sidewalks as needed. **Pay** + $20-30/hour based off of interview and previous relevant work experience. **Why Work Here?** + Once hired, employees will receive additional benefits, including becoming an owner/operator in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) program. **Work Environment** + Employees often meet at the shop and travel with the crew if the job site is further from their homes. Consistent work is available for those willing to travel.
