**Framer** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring Framers** for new commercial projects in the **Tampa, FL** area. The pay range is up to **$20-$25** per hour based on experience. All Framers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + Measure, cut, and shape lumber, wood, and other building materials + Use hand and power tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components + Construct or repair the framework of commercial or industrial buildings + Working with 2x4's, 2x6's, plywood, LVL beams, floor and roof trusses + Building walls, setting trusses, sheathing, sub-fascia **Ultimate Framer Requirements** + 1+ years of Framing experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC** + Weekly pay + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + Referral bonus program + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship + Tool purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA training
