**Responsibilities:**
+ Measure, cut, and hang drywall to required specifications
+ Assist in framing up walls and installing sheathing
+ Install crown moldings
+ Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue
+ Cut and nail headers and blocking
+ Fit and install window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden doorframes
+ Perform carpenter tasks in compliance with site safety and building requirements.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field
+ Ability to accept direction and work as a team player
+ Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends
+ OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or willingness to undergo OSHA Safety Training
+ Required Tools: Hammer, screw drives, tape measure, adjustable wrenches, utility knife, impact driver, plumb bob, cordless drill, caulk gun, nail sets, T square, framing square, level
