We are a company specializing in both commercial and residential construction, offering a wide range of services including design-build, general contracting, roofing, concrete and masonry services, energy-efficient heating and cooling, commercial refrigeration, and excavation and site development.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced commercial/residential rough carpenter lead with 5+ years of professional experience.

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of 1-2 rough carpenters in daily tasks.Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and suppliers.Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Perform rough carpentry tasks such as framing, constructing walls, roofs, floors, and other structural components.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure high-quality standards.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage and waste.Enforce all safety policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.Essential SkillsRough carpentry experienceExperience in leading and managing 1-3 individuals on a job siteReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseOwn tools and hand toolsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsMechanical aptitudeExperience with power tools, pneumatic tools, and tape measureExperience in commercial constructionAdditional Skills & QualificationsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailGood physical stamina and manual dexterityAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
