Aerotek is hiring immediately for Carpenters! We are seeking Siding Carpenters to work on an 8-month project in Marshfield, MA. This role involves working on an active construction site and focusing on siding for commercial large-scale projects. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

ResponsibilitiesPerform exterior sidingEngage in wood framing and finish carpentryStick framingHandle concrete work, interior and exterior finish carpentryParticipate in demolition work as neededEssential Skills3 years of experience in carpentry, labor, concrete, framing, interior/exterior finish, and exterior side wallingExperience in commercial construction, mixed-use, and multi-family developments1 year of experience in wood framing and stick framingAdditional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 certification is a plusAbility to comply with safety standards and policiesProficiency in reading a tape measureWillingness to learn and become proficient in the use of power and pneumatic tools

Work Environment

The company is a General Contractor that self-performs a significant amount of carpentry work in addition to managing projects. They work on large commercial projects in the greater Boston area and are looking to hire people on a contract-to-hire basis. The culture is that of a close-knit, 100-person company that treats each other like family.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marshfield, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00
