Job Description

We are seeking a skilled carpenter for a 90-day contract-to-hire position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 1 AM. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, be proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing, and be familiar with metal stud framing. Additionally, proficiency in painting and familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques are required. Strong fine carpentry and handyman skills, along with excellent client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work, are essential.

Work Environment

You will be working on an active hospital campus in Jacksonville, utilizing various tools and equipment. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and wearing appropriate attire. The work environment is dynamic and requires night shift availability.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
