Job Description
Under the direction of the lead carpenter, the Production Carpenter will be responsible for working on assigned tasks productively, proficiently, and timely while maintaining a positive attitude. The Production Carpenter will complete tasks alone or in a group with minimal assistance but will ask questions when unsure. Responsibilities include leading laborer carpenters as needed, maintaining honesty, identifying and reporting problems, being unafraid to make mistakes, always striving to learn, preparing for the next day's work, and maintaining tools.
ResponsibilitiesClean up without difficulty.Cut materials accurately and safely without help.Follow directions from Project Manager, Foremen, or lead carpenter without difficulty.Work well with other team members and show up to the project site on time.Perform tasks such as demo, framing, siding, millwork, and other assignments.Work with limited or no assistance while being productive.Maintain possession of a smartphone for clock-ins and information purposes.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in construction, carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, remodeling, and cabinetry.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and designs.Additional Skills & QualificationsConfidence in taking on tasks like framing, finishing, and project management.Ability to collaborate effectively with a talented team to ensure project completion.Creativity and resourcefulness in solving on-site challenges.Why Work Here?

The work environment primarily involves residential remodeling with most work being interior. The position may involve working independently or in small crews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00
