**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced carpenters to join our team. The role involves the installation of doors and windows, drilling and setting door hardware, and reading blueprints to perform accurate layouts. You may also work on forming and placing concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns, as well as placement of concrete slabs and elevated decks. Your tasks will include utilizing appropriate math skills, communicating effectively, and organizing tasks within the schedule. **Responsibilities** + Install doors and set door hardware. + Install windows. + Perform layout for stairs and common rafters. + Read blueprints and utilize math skills for accurate layout. + Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns. + Perform pump, place, and finish techniques for concrete. + Place concrete slabs on grade and elevated decks. + Provide crane signals and rigging. + Effectively communicate and understand verbal and written instructions. + Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of finish carpentry experience. + Ability to read blueprints and layout work. + Experience with general carpentry, blueprint reading, concrete, and foundation construction. + Familiarity with hardware, framing, rough carpentry, and foreman duties are a plus. + OSHA 30 certification (will be provided if not already obtained). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Foreman and/or leadership experience is highly preferred. + Willingness to learn concrete techniques if not already experienced. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
