Carpenters will be working on commercial projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. If you're someone who has experience as an all around carpenter and are eager to work, please apply! **Job description:** + Layout and install drywall beads Install drywall, sheetrock, and other wallcoverings in walls and ceilings + Prepare all drywall surfaces to receive drywall finish products + Mix, carry and apply joint compound to drywall finishes + Tape, coat, finish and sand joint compound ready for decoration Hand or machine texture walls or ceiling per plans and specifications + Need to be open to doing other work + Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment Erect and dismantle scaffolds + Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards Arrive to work on time at various locations Ability to read construction drawings Ability to work in tight spaces Ability to work at heights Ability to use power tools **Skills Desired** + 3+ years of any construction experience or commercial carpentry. + framing + concrete finisher + concrete form setting + construction + metal stud exterior + interior + tenant improvement **Shift:** + Hours: Summer hours: 5am - 1pm or winter hours 5:30am - 2:30pm. + Will work a stead 40-45 hours a week. + Some Saturdays **Work Environment + Benefits:** + Working at various commercial jobs around Sky Harbor Airport & Downtown Phoenix - schools, office buildings, some industrial buildings - interior office tenant improvements and remodel projects + Health, dental, vision benefits + Paid weekly **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
