**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team for a housing project in Georgetown. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial carpentry, as well as the ability to install steel/metal handrails for heights work. This role requires the ability to perform rough carpentry, as well as other tasks outside the typical carpentry duties, including cleaning and site maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Install steel/metal handrails around the project for heights work. + Perform rough carpentry tasks. + Clean and maintain the site. + Handle other duties outside the typical carpentry responsibilities as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with residential or commercial carpentry. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Must own and maintain personal tools. + Reliable transportation is required. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in outdoor residential construction is a plus. + Experience with concrete work is acceptable but not required. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance, with the potential for a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement.
