**Job Title: Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking an Experienced Bench Work & Joinery Journeyman to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who excels in fine woodworking and high-end yacht interior joinery. You will work with premium materials and techniques to deliver top-tier results. **Work Environment** You will be working within a manufacturing carpentry facility for high-end yachts. The position offers a regular full-time work schedule, and the benefits include a co-pay benefit plan after 3 months. **Responsibilities** + Custom joinery fabrication using hardwoods and veneers + Precision veneering and curved work applications + Vacuum bagging for curved and laminated components + Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints + Collaborating with the team to maintain high craftsmanship standards + Problem-solving unique refit challenges with creative solutions **Essential Skills** + Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in fine woodworking/joinery + Strong skills in hardwood joinery, veneering, and curved work + Experience with vacuum bagging techniques + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship + Experience in the marine industry is an asset but not required **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of carpentry experience + Skill in carpentry, joinery, cabinet assembly, cabinet manufacturing, cabinet building, cabinet making, hand tool usage, finish carpentry, blueprint reading + Experience in construction, framing, and commercial construction **Why Work Here?** We offer medical and dental benefits, steady work throughout the year, a friendly work environment, and opportunities for growth.
