**Job Title: Carpenter** **Pay** : $25-$30/hour **Location** : Shop in York, PA. MUST be willing to travel up to 3 hours out of town. **Job Type** : Full-time. Monday - Thursday 10 hour shifts. **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters. Ideal candidate MUST have 5+ years of carpentry experience on commercial job sites. This role is ideal for those with a experience in renovating restaurants, office buildings, medical buildings, warehouses, and schools. The candidate should be looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and experience. **Willingness to travel out of state for projects is necessary.** **Responsibilities** + Perform commercial carpentry tasks. + Rough carpentry (drywall, wood and metal stud framing, flooring) + Finish carpentry (trim, window and door installation, finish drywall) + Read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Details** + Contract - to - hire position. + $35/day per diem if traveling out of town. + IF traveling out of town, hotel costs are covered. + Weekly paychecks through Aerotek. + **4 10's schedule. Home on the weekends** . **Work Environment** You will be working on a commercial general construction site alongside a project manager and other subcontractors. Projects include healthcare, restaurant, retail, and commercial buildings. Basic hand tools and company-supplied power tools will be used to complete commercial carpentry projects. Some projects require travel within a 2-3 hour radius of York, PA, with a $35/day per diem for overnight stays.
