**Description:** Aerotek is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter Foreman for a company in Wallingford, CT Daily job duties include: - Driving to a commercial job site - Leading a diverse crew of carpenters of all skill levels to finish the project on time and within budget - Be able to teach the trade to newer skilled laborers and journeymen - Ensure all safety measures are being practiced **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** MUST HAVES: - 5 years Lead Finish Carpentry experience - Commercial carpentry experience - Ability to teach their trade to newer apprentices and journeymen - Ability to read measuring devices and do accurate math - Open to travel up to an hour within the state per day and occasional out of state projects ranging from Virginia to Maine, with hotel provided by the company - OSHA 10 - PPE (high vis clothes, safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection) - Tool belt with own tools NICE TO HAVES: - Bilingual - Positive attitude willing to do whatever the company needs to keep busy if they slow down - OSHA 30 **Experience Level:** Intermediate Level **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
