**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a foreman-level carpenter to join our team in the Columbus market. The primary assignment will be the North Market Tower project, with additional tasks on other projects around Columbus. This position offers a long-term opportunity and the use of a company vehicle after the temporary period. **Responsibilities** + Perform rough blocking, doors, frames, and hardware installation. + Focus on interior trades including interior finish and framing. + Complete punch lists at the end of projects. + Lead a crew, delegate tasks, and exhibit strong leadership qualities. + Communicate with vendors and co-workers via phone calls. **Essential Skills** + Carpentry, including interior finish, blocking, framing, and rough blocking. + Experience with doors, hardware, and punch lists. + 5-15+ years of experience in commercial construction. + OSHA 10 certification. + Experience leading a team and delegating tasks. + Ability to make phone calls to vendors. + Ability to pass MVR, DT, and BG. + Proficiency with hand tools and PPE (type 2 hard hat, high visibility clothing, gloves, boots, glasses). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 certification. + Experience with metal stud, wood framing, and rough carpentry. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefit of a company vehicle after the temporary period and the stability of working at one site for the majority of the temporary period.
