**Job Title: Carpenter Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a finish carpenter to work on multi-million-dollar homes. The work will be highly detail-oriented, involving tasks such as crown molding, trim, and cabinet installation. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with framing and backing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform detailed finish carpentry work on multi-million-dollar homes.
+ Install ornate crown molding, trim, and cabinets.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise work.
+ Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently.
+ Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures.
+ Ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship in all tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of carpentry experience.
+ Expertise in ornate crown molding, trim, and cabinet installation.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in framing and backing is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail.

**Work Environment**
You will be working on highly ornate multi-million-dollar homes. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Expect a professional and supportive work environment with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
