Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Carpenters or Wood Framers to join our team. You will be working on wood framing for large-scale commercial projects, which involves framing, trimming, cutting, and nailing wood. We are looking for both entry-level and experienced candidates to fill various positions. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!

Our company specializes in large-scale condo units from ground-up construction, assisted living facilities, and multi-family residential projects. Work Environment

All projects are located in the New England area, with current sites in Worcester, Salem, Cape Cod, Peabody, Methuen, and more. Team members must have reliable transportation and may have the opportunity to carpool with other employees. You will be assigned to a crew of 3-5 individuals and report to a foreman. The work culture on-site is commercial construction-oriented, requiring a thick skin when dealing with other trades. The ideal candidate should be from the South of Worcester for easier commute to future job sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainville, Massachusetts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.50/hr.
