Carpenter Framers needed in Phoenix, AZ 28-30HR - Weekly pay! 

 

A growing construction company is looking for drywall and framers in the Phoenix, AZ area.  Carpenters will be working on commercial projects in the Pheonix, AZ area.  If you're someone who has experience doing commercial framing and are eager to work, please apply!   

 

Job description:  

Layout and install drywall beads Install drywall, sheetrock, and other wallcoverings in walls and ceilings  Prepare all drywall surfaces to receive drywall finish products  Mix, carry and apply joint compound to drywall finishes  Tape, coat, finish and sand joint compound ready for decoration Hand or machine texture walls or ceiling per plans and specifications  Need to be open to doing other work  Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment Erect and dismantle scaffolds  Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards Arrive to work on time at various locations Ability to read construction drawings Ability to work in tight spaces Ability to work at heights Ability to use power tools 

 

Skills Desired  

5+ years of carpentry experience  Ability to read construction drawings Ability to work in tight spaces Ability to work at heights Ability to use power tools Worked on commercial projects  

 

Shift:  

Hours: Summer hours: 5am - 1pm or winter hours 5:30am - 2:30pm.  Will work a stead 40-45 hours a week.  Some Saturdays  

 

Work Environment + Benefits: 

They specialize in industrial and commercial maintenance construction. They do NOT do big new projects.  Strong emphasis in structural steel erection, metal buildings, and structural and flat concrete work.  They do work at industrial facilities such as Honeywell, Intel Health, dental, vision benefits  Paid weekly  

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
