**Job Title: Carpentry Foreman** **Job Description** Craftsman will be working on new construction projects. The company focuses on new buildings and renovations/remodels to commercial and industrial properties as well. - Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols - Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing - Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process - Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions - Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team - Strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own **Hard Skills** + Framing + Rough Carpenter + Finish Carpenter + Farm Hand **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Team player + Mentorship **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1000 Hour(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** The current position is located in the surrounding local market. There are also projects across the state where additional rough carpenters are needed once this project is completed. If the candidate is willing to travel, there will be consistent work for as long as they stay with the company. Typically, teams run in 5-6 man crews for each skill set (Rough and Finish). They will report to a Site Superintendent who works closely with all aspects of the project and is often hands-on helping finish the work.
