Description:
We are seeking a skilled and driven individual with experience in carpentry or framing to be our next Foreman! This role involves managing carpentry and framing tasks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and guiding a team of skilled workers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise carpentry and framing crews on various residential projects.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute tasks.Provide mentorship for team members.Ensure compliance with safety regulations.Work hand and hand with other co-workers on the job site.Hours:
7am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)(No weekends)Skills:
At least 2 years of experience in carpentry or framing, particularly in residential construct would be preferredStrong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of safety standards and general construction practices.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
