Carpenter/Installation Helper

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carpenter/Installation Helper. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, and more. We are currently searching for a Carpenter/Installation Helper to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation with potential earnings from $20/hr up to $45/hr *(potential earnings as a lead installer under commission)*

The Carpenter/Installation Helper will:

Assist experienced installers in various custom construction projectsFollow instructions and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficientlyOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAssist with the fabrication and installation on a consistent basisCollaborate with team members to ensure projects are complete on time and to high standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience or education in carpentry is preferred but not requiredBasic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is a plusAbility to follow instructions and work well within a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workPhysical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as requiredWillingness to learn new skills and take on challengesValid driver's license is required
