**Job Title: Cabinet Builder** **Job Description** Candidate will be performing various woodworking and carpentry-related tasks in the shop or installing in the field. They will use laminating machines to laminate wood slabs with various wood textures and grained prints according to customer specifications. They could also sand and paint and cross-train in the solid surface department. They will eventually be trained and perform tasks with CNC router machines once they are familiar with and picking up initial job duties. **Responsibilities** + Perform woodworking and carpentry tasks in the shop or on-site. + Use laminating machines to apply wood textures and grained prints to wood slabs. + Sand and paint wood surfaces. + Cross-train in the solid surface department. + Learn and operate CNC router machines. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinetry, framing, and finish carpentry. + Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new tasks and skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + General understanding of construction and installation processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with wood finishing, including spraying stain, paint, and topcoats. + Knowledge of fabricating and seaming solid surface countertops and related products. + Startup knowledge of general woodworking tools and methods. + Willingness to be trained through employment. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that values long-term employment and growth.
