Job Summary Details: The floor technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
  Hourly Pay $20-$21   The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications: Must have experience stripping and waxing Must have experience in deep cleaning method for carpets  Must be 18 years of age or older     No experience required and, on the job, training provided No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  Responsibilities:    The floor technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.  The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.  Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.  The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed.  Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks  Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees  Wash and replace blinds Gather and empty trash  Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks   Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas  Service, clean, and supply restrooms
