To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Carrier Buying Specialist is responsible for providing support and commercial focus to network procurement and carrier management.Duties and responsibilitiesAssess the technical requirements of internal requests to determine the required third party servicesExecute, follow through, and complete inquiries with Domestic partners accurately, and on a timely basisActively negotiate to achieve desired costs in accordance with set standardsSupport and work closely with other departments to meet sales needsAssistance and coordination on activation/deactivation requirementsProvide administrative support such as updating systems and reportingWork with internal teams to achieve company objectivesMaintain database for Domestic Carriers interconnectsPunctual settlement of inter-domestic carriers accountsValidates and ensures accuracy statements from interconnecting carriers – monthly incoming statement of accountsQualificationsPreferably with 1 year of experience working in the telecommunications industry with inclination towards networkingWith working technical knowledge of telecommunications industry, carrier guidelines, and network productsStrong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partnersStrong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to investigate concerns and solve them in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive attitudeDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change and work under tight deadlines.Hiring Process
