Carrier Management Operations Analyst

Pay:

$22 - $26 / Hr

Purpose

The Carrier Management Operations Analyst objective is to ensure company goals and objectives are met while maintaining compliance with insurance agencies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compile and review the flow of the carriers’ production reports from intake (sorting/tracking/data entry/codes validation) to output (progress reporting and measure analysis). Verify all entities/states are included. Escalate Red Flags and document reasons for inconsistencies. Provide support and facilitate all requests associated with commission statements (e.g., missing statements, change in format, historical data, missing codes etc…). Manage the producer code module within the Confie management system (ConfieIQ), ensuring data integrity through status confirmation and accurate mapping to designated locations. Track the completion of tasks associated with newly issued producer codes across five separate departments to ensure seamless workflow execution from inception Maintain the Commission Validation Invoices and track the recovery progress. Assist the Director of Carrier Management & Loss Prevention to establish a partnership to ensure all carrier responsibilities are covered. Identify issues and provide analysis of trends to upper management to help improve system/process improvements. Maintain internal database for Carrier Management, including tracking of commissions, carrier contacts, and carrier onboarding documents. Develop handouts and training material related to Carrier Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Require advanced knowledge of carrier/insurance operations Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools a plus
