Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)Handling incoming calls from carriers and customers regarding compliance issues, such as documentation requirements, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.Conducting outbound calls to verify shipment details, resolve compliance discrepancies, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records of compliance-related activities.Collaborating with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and compliance, to address customer and carrier inquiries in a timely manner.Identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements to enhance compliance and customer satisfaction.Carrier Services Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GEDExperience working with Microsoft Suites such as Excel, Word, Teams, and OutlookExperience in an office setting is required working with multiline phones and computers.Training schedule is 6am-3pm, regular schedule 7am-4pmApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
