The Carrier Specialist role is an important Carrier facing role working from our Brokerage division office, and has the following job duties: + Builds and maintains relationships with carriers to connect them to customer + shipping needs. + Prospects and vets new carriers to continuously build our network + Collaborates with Account Executives to ensure the customer's needs are met in + the most efficient manner possible. + Negotiates rates with Carriers based on the current market conditions which + fluctuate frequently based on supply and demand of freight.
