About The Carrier Management Team
The Carrier Team assists as the bridge of communication between the Hub Accounting teams and our Insurance Carrier and Broker partners. As a servicing and support unit, they work closely to ensure carrier inquiries, documentation, and escalations are thoroughly researched and resolved.
About the position:
The Carrier Team Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing and interpreting data to create a visual of the department’s overall performance for our offshore partners. Utilizing their technical skills, they will be able to effectively analyze, audit and communicate insight into KPIs, escalation volume, business gaps and strengths all with the intention of improving efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
· Support the various accounting teams in resolving carrier opportunities and documentation management
· Monitor assigned cases and tasks to completion
· Analyze potential discrepancies and issues and make necessary corrections to inquiries
· Review and handle service cases by providing reassurance and ease to partners
· Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure a seamless and positive service experience
· Identify escalated cases that require additional support and elevated solutions
· Build and maintain positive connections with Hub team members and partners
· Participate in a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes growth and mentorship
· Provide additional aid in various projects and initiatives
Required-Preferred Qualifications:
· Required 2+ years with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support
· Professional certification or BA in Business, Accounting, or related area is preferred
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Adaptability to shifting priorities and managing multiple cases to achieve successful results in a growing environment
· Excellent verbal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
The expected salary range for this position is $22.50 to $28.50 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
