Carrier Team Service Analyst

We are currently hiring a Carrier Team Service Analyst in the HUB Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International.

About the position:
The Carrier Team Service Analyst is a highly specialized team member that partners closely with our carriers to create optimized relationships with Hub accounting. They are knowledgeable in HFC accounting team workflows and have an in-depth understanding of successful carrier relationships. Team member will team up with accounting teams, regional finance members, and servicing staff to strengthen carrier relations.

What you’ll do

Develop sustainable carrier relationships that allow accounting to stay informed of updates, changes and opportunitiesRespond and resolve accounting inquiries communicated directly from carriersCollaborate with carriers, Hub accounting/ARC on processing gaps and potential solutionsMaintain and upkeep carrier information such as addresses, payment instructions, login portals, invoice/statement distribution, and any additional accounting related detailsProvide carrier support to regional servicing staff to prevent disruption to our clientsProactively connect with existing carrier contacts to assess accounting relationshipCirculate carrier knowledge to accounting staff and regional teams when applicableWork in concert with corporate strategies and technical teams to ensure our Broker Management Systems are accurateAnalyze carrier data to identify trendsMonitor carrier administrator access and screen delegation requestsFacilitate carrier calls to discuss options for consolidation such as incoming and outgoing payments, master logins and email correspondenceAttentive to carrier market updatesAdditional responsibilities as assigned

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to provide guidance with intricate carrier questionsEffectively communicates through various channelsExperience working with excel for analytical reportingKnowledge of Broker Management Systems and IT ticketing system requirementsExperience in providing exceptional service and resolutionsEffective listening skills and ability to determine teams needs efficientlyMinimum of 3 years working closely in customer solutions settingHFC background preferred but not required

The expected salary range for this position is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.

Department Accounting & Finance

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Education: Associate degree (2-year degree)
