SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day-to-day supervision of CASACs within the various OASAS programs, including Morning Star Community, SCO Clinic and Child and Family Treatment Support Services. Assist in the hiring of all new CASACs within the OASAS programs and provide orientation on policies, procedures, and CASAC expectations w/in the OASAS programs. Provide on-site supervision, corrective feedback, and support to all CASAC team members. Facilitate communication between clinical teams and residential teams regarding substance use disorders. Assist with scheduling, progressive discipline, incident, and crisis management, including incident reporting. Participate in case reviews, as needed, to assess &/or support the SUD service needs of clients. Facilitate individual, group and family counseling within the outpatient SUD clinic. Coordinate and facilitate prevention education groups in the various OASAS programs using evidence-based practices. Assist leadership with the overall development and growth of the OASAS services on campus. Narcan training for employees as needed. Perform all other duties as assigned.
