\n• Is an expert on e-discovery and understands all the life stages of EDRM.
\n• Possesses hands on experience on supporting Managed Review tools.
\n• Manages day to day queue management and prioritizes work requests accordingly.
\n• Participates in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.
\n• Trains client attorneys on various Review platforms like Realtivity, OmniX, Viewpoint.
\n• Ensures compliance towards SLA's both internal & external.
\n• Generates weekly/monthly reports for the team manager and provides error logs/reports.
\n• Mentors team mates on best practices and helps in day to day workload.
\n• Logs accurate time entries on multiple time tracking tools.
