Being a Case Manager at Devereux has it's advantages!
The Case Managerin Malvern, PA, you will provide 10 hours per week of case management services to a small case load of clients in which case manager will act as an advocate and provides problem resolution for clients in obtaining needed services. Additional 30 hours will consist of providing administrative support to the case management department.

Coordinate care for clients with mental health, medical, education, placement and related areas, while maintaining a small caseload (10hrs per week)Coordinate, monitor and reviews the provision of services to ensure clients are receiving and participating in services on a continual basis. Links client to approriate resourcesMaintains direct contact via telephone and face to face with caseload and parent/guardian per state regulationsEnsures timely and accurate completion of related documentationAssist outpatient therapists with administrative responsibilitiesAssists Blended Case Managers and maintains their resource bookCompletes ACM tracking and requesting IEP, PE and physicals from providers
Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
