Case Manager

Our client, a government agency, is seeking an Case Manager to join their team. As a Case Manager, you will be part of the Out of Home Care Section supporting the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC) program. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
**Job Title:** Case Manager
**Location:** Madison, WI
**Pay Range:** $22/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist ICPC staff with administrative coordination and production of caseload materials for ICPC.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality of case related information.
+ Maintain and/or purge individual case files (both electronic and paper).
+ Provision of administrative support to Section Manager and staff in the Out of Home Care section as requested.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by Section Manager.
**What's Needed?**
+ Extensive knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
+ Extensive knowledge of business English, spelling and composition of letters and memoranda.
+ Ability to type final copy neatly and rapidly.
+ Considerable knowledge of Division programs and goals, policies and operation needs.
+ Ability to meet and deal effectively with people and maintain an effective working relationship with staff and public officials.
